For its first participation, Knauf Ceiling Solutions SAS* has been awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis, the global platform for evaluating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) performance.

Its score of 66/100, and ranking in the 88th percentile of all companies assessed by EcoVadis, underlines its commitment to sustainable initiatives. Just 3 points away from the Gold Medal, Knauf Ceiling Solutions SAS is stepping up its efforts to reach the Top 5% of companies that perform best in terms of CSR.

The aim of the EcoVadis methodology is to assess the quality of a company's CSR management system through its policies, actions and results.

Its analysis covers 4 areas:

  • Environmental,
  • Social and Human Rights,
  • Ethics,
  • Responsible Purchasing.

For the first two areas, Environment and Social and Human Rights, Knauf Ceiling Solutions SAS obtained an "advanced performance".
