Concert Hall
Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow
Since its grand opening in the 1960s, this emblematic monument in the heart of Kharkiv, has witnessed numerous transformations and a remarkable durability. The letters at the front of the building have remained unchanged since its initial inauguration. However, the most significant refurbishment to date, spanning three years, has recently taken place, propelling the concert hall into the 21st century, emphasising inclusivity and ensuring easy access for all. This project has also given rise to a stunning new auditorium designed for exceptional acoustic performances. It is supported by Knauf Ceiling Solutions PLAIN mineral ceiling tiles, HERADESIGN® Superfine wood wool panels on the wall, and a comprehensive acoustic expertise and service. These elements combine to provide extraordinary comfort for both audiences and musicians alike.
