At the core of a redesign of CBRE’s Italian headquarters were the values of its ‘Workplace 360’ strategy: innovation, wellness and flexibility. IDBI Bank Zonal Office
Aesthetics and Functionality for Working Environment
The IDBI Bank office in the capital city of New Delhi, India was designed with a strong emphasis on both aesthetics and functionality, with a focus on creating a comfortable and enjoyable working environment for employees.
The use of the Wood Works Grille in combination with the Soundscape shapes is an interesting design choice, as it can create a warm and inviting atmosphere while adding a unique touch of texture and visual interest to the space. The fixtures and fittings around the space are accentuated with a wooden look to echo the aesthetic of the Baffles without over-prescribing the design. This combination also helped being mindful of the acoustics and contribute to employee wellbeing and productivity.
